Online feeding support

Support is more important now than ever before and even with social distancing I can still provide effective feeding support via Zoom. Each session can be scheduled around you and give you and your baby the support and knowledge you need

Preparing to breastfeed

Over the last 10 years caring for parents and babies in and out of hospital I know how important the feeding journey can be. In a personal or group workshop we will aim to give you the toolkit you need for your breastfeeding journey

At home feeding support

There are many unexpected problems that you might face that can be improved with the right support. In the comfort of your own home we will work together to uncover any feeding issues and form an individual feeding plan for you and your baby

Returning to work

Going back to work can be a daunting prospect. These one hour sessions give you opportunity to discuss your situation and get answers to any questions and concerns about your babies feeding when you return to work.

“Really helpful tips and advice with both beginning breastfeeding while my baby was on the Neonatal Unit, helping my milk supply and moving onto bottles and formula! Very happy baby and mum!”
